End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Limited Grant of License & Restrictions

The Developer grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software under the following strict limitations:

• Single Instance Only: Only one (1) instance of the Software is permitted per individual user or per company.
• Usage Limitation: One installation is allowed regardless of the number of devices owned. Multiple installations without explicit written permission are a violation of this agreement.
• Prohibited Acts: You may not copy, modify, publish, or reverse engineer the Software. Decompiling or attempting to derive the source code is strictly prohibited.

2. Technical Enforcement & Privacy (Solana Blockchain)

To enforce the "Single Instance" rule while protecting user anonymity, the Software utilizes a blockchain-based verification system:

• Transparency (Blockchain Registration): Upon installation, a Unique Hardware ID is generated. To verify the license, a transaction occurs on the Solana network to register this ID. This allows the Developer to ensure the license is not being used across multiple unauthorized devices without needing to store your data on a private server.
• Privacy & Encryption (No Personal Exposure):
  • The Hardware ID is encrypted using the User’s Private Key.
  • Because the data is encrypted locally before being sent to the blockchain, your actual hardware details are never exposed to the Developer or the public.
  • Only you hold the key to decrypt or prove ownership of that specific identifier.
• Data Minimization: No other personal data is collected. If the software processes private documents, only an encrypted secure hash stamp is shared publicly. Validation of this hash requires your explicit permission.

3. Absolute Disclaimer of Obligations

The Software is provided "AS IS". The Developer assumes zero obligation for the following:

• No Support or Fixes: No obligation to provide technical support, documentation updates, or bug fixes, regardless of the software’s performance.
• No Liquidity: No obligation to provide, maintain, or support any form of financial liquidity or underlying asset value.

4. Waiver of Liability and Lawsuits

BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO LEGAL RECOURSE.

• No Lawsuits: No lawsuits, legal claims, or judicial proceedings against the Developer will be accepted or entertained for any reason.
• Total Risk: The User assumes all risks associated with the use, performance, or failure of the Software. The Developer is not liable for any loss of data, financial loss, or system damage.

5. Termination

The Developer reserves the right to terminate this license immediately if the Solana-based verification detects a breach of the "Single Instance" rule or if any attempt at reverse engineering is detected.
